چکیده

In ambient environments, new security challenges that are not adequately addressed by existing security models appear. In such context, intelligent communication devices participate to spontaneous and self-organized networks where unexpected interactions with unknown devices take plcice. Without centralized organization, security turns in a risk management problem. In this paper we propose and analyze a computational model of trust that captures trust dynamics of the human society. In our model, past experiences and recommendations ai'e aggregated in the notion of history of past interactions which axe protected by cryptographic material. To avoid the trust dissemination, each entity is viewed as an autonomous device and a trust level is computed based only upon selfish evaluation of common trustworthy nodes. Our proposal reduces the complexity of the decision-making process by providing proved data that can be the foundation of the final decision. The proposed trust model is described together with an overview of the cryptographic protocol and its security analysis. The trust function is analyzed through intensive simulations depending on the impact of the chosen parameters of the trust evaluation and on the dynamics of the studied groups.

Utilizes the Community Detection for Increase Trust using Multiplex Networks

Today, e-commerce has occupied a large volume of economic exchanges. It is known as one of the most effective business practices. Predicted trust which means trusting an anonymous user is important in online communities. In this paper, the trust was predicted by combining two methods of multiplex network and community detection. In modeling the network in terms of a multiplex network, the relat...

A Protocol for Secure 2-Party Computation

We present a protocol for secure 2-party computation based on homomorphic encryption along with a basic implementation of the protocol. Secure 2-party computation allows two parties to compute some function of their respective inputs in collaboration without revealing the inputs, unless both parties agree to do so. The presented protocol is based on additive sharing and homomorphic encryption a...

Trust Anchor Management Protocol (TAMP)

This document describes a transport independent protocol for the management of trust anchors (TAs) and community identifiers stored in a trust anchor store. The protocol makes use of the Cryptographic Message Syntax (CMS), and a digital signature is used to provide integrity protection and data origin authentication. The protocol can be used to manage trust anchor stores containing trust anchor...
